Very happy with everything. Thank you for letting us use the parking in the morning while we went to the railway museum.

Lovely experience helped by the weather. Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic position of the hotel to York centre.
Would definitely book again (but not the small double)

Terrific stay and would definitely return. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.
Liked the decor - mix of traditional and modern.
An in room fridge would have been good though as it was incredibly hot during our stay.

Overall the experience was disappointing due to the comments mentioned. However, the excellent attitude of the staff can be commended.

The lack of a lift and the steps at the front door are challenging to the less abled and this should be noted in promotional literature.

Great location in a very nice visual setting. Considering the price, this was a very good value room though the shower-bath was a little disappointing in terms the quality of the materials used i.e. the shower screen was not large enough meaning that the overhead shower could not be really used if one did not want to flood the bathroom

Lovely friendly hotel in a good location .
Carpark a bit expensive after paying to stay in the hotel.
I would stay at this hotel in the future if I visit York again.
