Very friendly and helpful reception and were able to mend the jammed basin plug. Also very helpful to my wife during a medical emergency in the car park.

Very helpful staff. Room and location excellent. If I was being ultra critical the rooms could do with air conditioning but otherwise a great stay.

Always a pleasure to stay at The Churchill - staff are pleasant and helpful. Paid Parking is a bonus too.
Beautiful building decorated very tastefully.
Haven’t actually eaten here as we have friends and family in the area but we shall partake next time.
Will return soon!

Enjoyed our stay at the Churchill hotel and would highly recommend it to friends & family. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Beer garden was very nice and service for food & drinks was excellent

Overall experience was great with one or two issues that were dealt with promptly. It was however very disappointing to find thsg our room had been left unlocked for most of the day.

Overall good stay nice and clean hotel. Breakfast should be included in the price and not an added extra this should be made clear at the point of booking

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I did go to ask as on Wednesday morning we had a cold shower and the water would not heat up, Reception staff said he would come back to me about it and Never did. Also when we left on Thursday the 23rd of July our car was covered in sticky stuff like a can of beer had been spilled on it,had to go to a car wash to get it off before we drove to Liverpool
