Again we have stayed at Churchills approximately 15 times and never ever had a bad experience nothing is ever to much trouble we are already looking forward to next Christmases stay !

Pleasant surroundings and considering it was December we were kept warm with blankets and heaters and large umbrellas as it came on rain

Very good, will come again. Hotel is a few minutes walk from centre of York, ideal for shopping, plenty of pubs and other amenities, plus the fabulous York Minster

We come every year as it is a real treat to stay with you
Love the Churchill and the great breakfast !
WiFi in the room could have been better
Staff are very friendly and attentive
We do worry about parking as there are limited spaces

Was very surprised by how lovely this hotel is. Will 100% be booking again. Staff were lovely and friendly and the food was lovely

Another amazing stay at The Churchill Hotel and we are already booked in for next year. We couldn’t see ourselves go anywhere else for our Christmas trip, as we love our room and the service offered feels personal. The food is amazing, good choice of menu, the fresh pizzas are brilliant, and breakfast is perfect. It just feels like being at home. Lovely to see the same faces every year with the staff and it’s the little touches that are special, remembering how you like things.

Very good. Very clean room. A tad compact given the price and the of season time of year.
Resturant meal was good as was well priced through.
