Very good the only thing I would say is the tightness of the parking bays/ entrance I also think the parking fee is excessive

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and very reasonably priced.

We had a pleasant stay in your fabulous hotel. The only downside was that the council's bottle rubbish collection was carried out outside our Room at 6.28 am.

Excellent service in a very charming city. We left behind our 3 year-old’s sleeping stuffy and staff made sure we got it back before flying out of the country.

A lovely hotel. A good situation, easy walking distance from the centre. The staff are the best thing about the hotel. It's small enough to get individual service, which is efficient and very helpful.

Overall I really enjoyed the stay . Reception staff where very friendly and knowledgeable as it was my first visit and I was given lots of information on places to visit

Very good. Small double, but clean with everything we needed. Location to city excellent. Bar and beer garden very good. Car parking, a bonus. Staff all freindly, helpful and polite.
