Good value for money. Would stay again.
Beer garden we'll kept. Staff helpful and worked very hard.

A lovely, restful stay. The staff from Reception to Restaurant to Beer Garden were friendly, professional and a credit to a fine hotel.

From check in to a drink in the bar and then in the restaurant the service was excellent. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

This was our third visit to The Churchill,we did not use the restaurant or the beer garden this time but have used them previously.The paint in the bathroom could do with redoing .One of the chairs in the room was broken (we did report it). And the curtains were faded, so just a few small things we noticed.Overall we love the hotel .

The hotel was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beer garden, and also the easy access to the train was key as we had planned several day trips.

We stayed as guests twice in two weeks. Helpful and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Its a lovely hotel, parking facilities on site. Would definitely return again for a stay.

Good. its a lovely hotel but they need to get things right and guest should come first. Without the likes of my husband and i staying at your hotel there would be “no hotel “as you would not survive on passing trade only. The guests need to be treated better especially when it comes to seating in the beer garden

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with seating in the beer garden didn't meet your expectations. Whilst you were welcome to sit anywhere in the beer garden it should have been made clearer that you should take a table of a suitable size for two people, some of the larger tables were booked in advance and therefore needed for the parties of the appropriate size hence needed vacating.
