It was a little underwhelming because of the quality of the premise as well as the cost! I’m glad we were only there one night.

The beer garden was lovely!

An excellent overall experience, a wonderful hotel which I would recommend highly. The breakfast was excellent with very generous portions

Enjoyed our stay good location bought as a present for us would stay again with a larger room the room we had was very small

Really disappointing as was looking forward to the stay. It looked great online. The welcome wasn't great and some bits in the room which are clearly unloved just brings down the feel. Not sure how it's award winning as stayed in better for way cheaper. The best was really uncomfortable too. We were planning on having breakfast but the experience of the hotel and staff made us decide otherwise. Overall the most disappointing part of the trip the York. Can't fault the location though!

Fine for a hotel room but the shower was just not okay. Should have complained as soon as I saw it but it was late and I just wanted to got to sleep.

First visit to York won't be the last and on return will book The Churchill Hotel will recommend to friends and family.

Overall it was a Great experience. Sort out the shower and itd be perfect!

Great location and staff were all very attentive.

Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were very professional and couldnt do enough for you. The hotel itself is immaculately presented with some lovely features

Excellent stay once again . We did feel paying for the room breakfast and carpark it was expensive
