Used outside garden for drinks of a evening , superb and easy to order , great service wherever you were in the hotel , parking facility is also very handy

Terrific stay in York. The hotel is beautifully located close the historic heart of York. We found the staff to be friendly and professional.

Have been going to the Churchill for about two decades and their attention to excellence has been consistent. The banter with the front desk staff makes it feel very comfortable and like home.

Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend. We did find out on the morning we left that we could have been leant a grab handle for my husband who has mobility issues for the shower. Perhaps it would be a good idea to offer the grab handles when checking in elderly clients.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Only let down by our windowless room. It was a special occasion and the room didnt feel very special.

Fantastic hotel. Would recommend for families. Had pizza in the lovely garden. Perfect for walking into the city centre.

Very prompt ,friendly service , lovely setting, perfect beer garden even in bad weather you can still sit outside.
