Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Arranged for an early morning taxi pick up and of the morning called the taxi again to make sure they were in their way. Beautiful hotel at the perfect location

Good - the hotel is looking a little ‘tired’ in some areas and there was an unpleasant aroma around the beautiful staircase to our room almost like the carpet might need cleaning?

With regards to parking, we strive to keep our charges in line with other city centre hotels in York, as complimentary parking is quite rare in the area. Very pleasant,no pressure,room functional and clean.Didn't use many of the facilities as had alternative plans in town which was only a short stroll away

Ok not more not less. Charming house and good location but warm room and a poorly functionibg fan. Terrible - not drinkable coffee.
