A really enjoyable week end break for myself and my granddaughter .The only issue we had was how warm it was in our room.Luckily we had a fan otherwise sleeping would have been unpleasant.I realise this is a listed building so there are restrictions. We were on the ground floor by the car park so couldn't open the windows.
Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts about your recent weekend break with us. It’s wonderful to hear that you and your granddaughter enjoyed your time together, and that our location made getting around the city so convenient.
I completely understand how uncomfortable a warm room can feel, especially when opening the window isn’t an option due to your room's ground floor position and the building’s listed status. Your feedback is very valuable, and I’m glad you had a fan to help with your comfort.
We truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and service, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you both again in the future.
Kind regards
from all of us at The Churchill
