Exactly what I needed close to the centre of York with ample parking. Left some personal belongings in the room and they advised me within a couple of hours after I checked out.

Fantastic experience lovely staff and hotel the breakfast was awesome also we as a group of 8 had the igloo in the garden with pizzas an drinks fantastic also we all had a meal in the restaurant which was faultless over all we all said 10 out of 10 and you will definitely see us again

Lovely stay. Very warm, comfortable and clean place to stay. Staff are lovely and the hotel is in a prime location close to the town centre. All amenities are available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good nice setting relaxing. Reception greeting very friendly and helpful. Room was ready early. Restaurant meal good value with very good service and no rush

Loved everything .location .. facilities and overall the staff .. really cant fault anything other than the parking charge .. £45 for parking was my disappointing point .. the hotel and experience was in total over£800 and money well spent .and will return to York in the summer . never only In London when no parking on site is available when that fee is charged very disappointing .. so when we return it may not be at the one of the most beautiful hotels Ive stayed in on principal .. great team of people and keep up the great service .. happy new year to all

Lovely hotel, would be happy to stay here again. The room we had booked was a small double which is suitable for one night, two at most. Staff were friendly, food was good.
