We did ask to have dinner in a pod but was told they were not open during the week which was fine. However, we did then see people using them in the evening?

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the availability of our dining pods. We do restrict pod bookings on certain days to ensure a smooth service and sometimes reserve them for special occasions or private groups, which may be why you saw guests using them later in the evening. We understand how this could be disappointing and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
