The check in was great, really pleased we were able to get parked ok too, just let down by the heat in the room unfortunately.

Nice hotel , thought room would be a bit bigger but was ok .

Lovely hotel .. all staff very friendly and helpful .. giving us information and a map on what to do in York.
A fridge in the room would have been appreciated just to store our drinks especially with the hot weather.
No air conditioning but plenty of fans available.

This was our second stay at Churchill's and we'll be back as we're alway made welcome and the hotel location is perfect for our visits to York..

friendly and sophisticated hotel, nice personnel, always discrete and attentive. very nice rooms and pleasant atmosphere. we are coming since 2018 and will do so for several years to come.

Will return 100 percent , a brilliant a hotel with a brilliant location and staff who can't do enough for you.

Over all nice, good location within walking distance to the train station. But there was a terrible smell from the dust dins in the backyard.
