Clean well furnished hotel. Great situation to City but felt it was a little expensive for size of room. Also as a guest felt frustrated when ordering food would have expected better guest satisfaction regarding this.

Fantastic looking hotel and superb location. Staff were really great too. Room was too small and uncomfortable and too expensive for what it was

10 out of 10 we love coming to the Churchill and will be back next year for our 3rd stay. The staff are super helpful & friendly it makes our stay feel like a home from home, thank you.

A great hotel in a good location, a short walk to the centre of York and easy access to the train station. Fabulous food served by friendly staff.

Been to York few times and stayed in other hotels before but first time we stayed at Churchill hotel and met all our expectations and certainly the one we would go back to next time
