We had a great stay in York - the Churchill helped it be so. Warm, friendly and welcoming staff. We would recommend the Churchill - in fact we may be back ourselves in December with extended family.

We were disappointed with our accommodation and the condition of the hotel. Most of the staff were lovely to deal with but unfortunately they were let down by others.

Loved the hotel and location was great, disappointing having to pay £30 car parking fee on top of hotel price though as originally booked hotel based on the fact it had a carpark for us.

Excellent. Only one night but offered everything needed. Parking a bit scary but managed to get a space.

Very friendly and clean lovely breakfast would stay again easy access to the centre of York, staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel was the perfect place to relax after walking around York. Great hotel in a great location. Thank you to all at the hotel.

It was to expensive and there was little value. I saw somewhere that it was rated 4 stars and this led me to choose this hotel but for me, it must be 1 or 2 stars.
