Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and bed was comfy. Room service was quick and affordable. The hotel had a really lovely vibe, quiet and cozy. Perfect for a romantic trip to York. Definitely would stay again! We loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again if we visit York. We had a small double room and although a little on the small side was perfectly adequate for our 2 night stay. The room was clean and quiet.

A cozy peaceful night in the bunker room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in york and would definitely stay again.

A nice hotel to stay at. My room was close to the train track and in the morning die to car traffic it was a bit too loud for me.

Excellent apart from one poor member of staff .
Room amazing and great breakfast.
All staff though should be equally engaging
