Absolutely outstanding will defiantly be staying again. Only thing I would like is to be able to watch netflix etc on the TV. Also our water temp seemed very inconsistent but that could be down to a variety of reasons and potentially user error so can't fault

The overall experience was good, the corridors to the rooms cheapened the experience somewhat but the hotel on a whole was well themed. The music played outside on an evening in the pizza area wasnt child friendly lyrically, but overall the hotel gave us a good base to explore the city of York.

Brilliant break that myself & my wife really enjoyed. The beer garden is a treat & well spaced car park is great for someone that worries about leaving Their car

The Churchill is friendly and welcoming, its a gorgeous hotel with great facilities close to York town centre. Couldnt ask for more!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who were very helpful on tourist information in the area.
Room was sufficient for our short stay.
Parking was very important to us with adequate parking available at the time.

Fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay, family room was lovely.

We had room 132, it very close to the railway, side road so you get the local party goers all hours.
Room is hot no air con.
No drinking glasses in room.
Terrible Bed and pillows.
A lot of staff inexperienced.
Having the hotels bottle bank below the bedroom windows is ridiculous.

Really good apart from the bar not enough choice of draught beers. This was a shame as we wanted to stay there for the afternoon in the garden. Other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the hotel decor and location however room was quite hot and bed was not overly comfortable. Breakfast was an add on and felt it was very expensive for what we got. Would not book book breakfast if staying again.
