The Churchill Hotel is a beautiful building inside and outside. It has parking , although they do not have a disabled parking space. From the moment we walked into the building we were met with a warm friendly welcome from Ian. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. I have a serious allergy & great care was take with the preparation of the food & with cleaning products used in our room. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with noise in our room & Sarah did her best to find out what was causing the issue, unfortunately they were unable to move us due to being at full capacity. Harry was extremely good in the dinning room too. Overall we had a very good stay at The Churchill & i would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel when visiting York.

We had a fantastic few days. The hotel location was excellent. Staff were professional and courteous. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time.

Lovely hotel beautifully decorated such nice staff very helpful we were even given a mini your to look at some of the Churchill memorabilia.
Lovely breakfast, lots of choice.
Would use again

Very good. Would definitely return if visiting York again. My only comment, and not something you can do anything about, is that I REALLY dislike bulldogs, and while I could ignore most of them, the mural in the bathroom was a bit OTT!

Loved our stay here! Would definitely return and recommend to all! Best situated hotel in York with lots of little extra touches that make it stand out from the rest

A well positioned hotel close to the city centre with good quality public areas with friendly attentive staff. Very comfortable bed a large modern bathroom. Loved it

Excellent stay , great location, excellent staff, lovely building,with on site parking. Breakfast was very good.
