An excellent stay, could not find any fault, staff bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and excellent.

Loved staying at the hotel and enjoyed all the facilities and entertainment. Staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I am now thinking about coming to stay for a long weekend to explore York.

A fantastic three days at the Churchill over Christmas. Everything was planned, service was outstanding, food was perfect. A lovely break ... with York being the ideal town to spend a fabulous few days

We go away at Christmas most years and we have definitely have had better food. Everything was bland. Hotel is nicely decorated but small restaurant bar area for busier times. Our radiator wasn’t working and we were given a plug in one but the room was cold all of the time.

First class from beginning to end. The Christmas package included a choir singing Carols on Christmas Eve, and a visit to the Panto on Boxing Day.

Enjoyed Churchill so much returned 2019 for our second visit. Hope to make it 2020 too. Loved the mulled wine welcome too!

Would recommend this hotel for superb break In York centre.The only negative is the charge for parking.
