Perfect. We will be back staff very friendly. Loved the sweeping staircase up to the suite at the front of the hotel

Lovely, enjoyed our overnight stay! Friendly staff and a very stylish hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the menu looked really nice.

Will go back ,exceptional hotel with the deal we got. May not be able to get such a great deal again as I think hotel will become very popular.Hadn't been to York for over 30 years-very impressed with shops ,pubs and restaurants.

Excellent location near town centre.
Comfy and silent room with view.
Staff very friendly and helpful, I arrive early and my room was ready so got the chance to leave my luggage and relax .
I definitely would reccomend it!

Really enjoyable trip away, and the hotel was a real find! The room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast we had was really lovely. The staff were always helpful and friendly, I could not rate our experience high enough

Excellent, ideal location only 5 min walk the York Minster. Came on a Buyagift.com. Everything easy. Only very small thing, the small double is a described. Being 6ft 7in tall the bedroom was cosy, but didn’t spil the weekend
