Faultless. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Good on site parking. Hotel is in an ideal position for a short walk into the shopping centre of York.

Very warm welcome. Would have liked to have had a longer stay be able to relax and enjoy the facilities provided by The Churchill ie the heated ‘igloos’ in the depths of winter

Very friendly staff and had a lovely pot of tea in the hotel bar. I'd come back next time I'm visiting York...

Nice couple of nights in lovely hotel.
Slightly disappointed with the price of parking.
Maybe reduced parking in January & February.

A great place to stay in York lovely room great staff really nice food and a good location not far from the city centre had the choice of several hotels when booking but l believe l picked the right one and would definitely come back again when staying in York

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely. So friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel has a really nice old style ambience and is in a perfect location. Just a short stroll from the buzzing centre of York.

Ideally located, friendly staff and a lovely looking, well maintained hotel.
Even though we booked a small double room, it had all we needed for a short stay with a great shower too!

Overall very good service for the price and very good location easy to reach all the important sites in the city.
