Hotel is in a very good position for the station and city centre, had a lovely atmosphere and good decor. The room was very small, possibly the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, and the temperature in the room too hot. For single occupancy this would be better but even for one night it’s a bit too small for comfort. The window doesn’t open far enough to allow in much air and the fan found in the wardrobe made minimal difference. The staff were all friendly and attentive and had there not been a what looked like a pubic hair in my eggs at breakfast the breakfast would have been outstanding.

We are truly sorry to learn that the size and temperature of your room did not provide the level of comfort you were hoping for, especially as you found it particularly small and warm. We do advertise our Small Double bedrooms as being 'ideally suited to comfortable single occupancy'.
