Had to stay as we have builders in the house. Local to York so knew the hotel was nice. All of the staff were so lovely. Ian has to be the sweetest welcoming gentleman.

Thank you all for being so lovely

Only down side was the parking very little parking and not much room at all

The hotel is beautiful with great staff. The room we stayed in was lovely and had everything we needed. The noise from the fans outside and people going in and out through reception has put us off returning which is a shame as other than the lack of sleep we enjoyed our stay.

Warm and welcoming staff, good position for sight seeing. Friendly feel to the place. Nice large room with an airy feel. It didn't have a proper window, only a sky light, but it wasn't a problem at all.

fantastic highly recommend this hotel it has great access to the city only 5mins walk. The staff are the best and service fantastic

Fabulous location if you are visiting York. Spotlessly clean hotel. Rooms were small bathroom was very cramped, rooms were also very warm . Beautifully decorated hotel.

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to welcome us.
