We enjoyed our stay and room very comfortable. The service let it down - no heating in our room and no hot water in the evening for a bath. We were told they would it but it remained cold so they bought in a portable heater. Still lukewarm water and full bins. You shouldn't have to ask for toilet rolls. TV remote did not work very well also. Parking also pricey a d should be included in the price.

Lovely stay. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Staff were helpful and professional at all times.

It was our second stay here and will most certainly be returning ! Thank you for a fantastic stay. Everyone was professional and efficient and more importantly friendly !

A noisy front door below our room was an aggravation from early till late. The bathroom door was noisy to open and close and it did not fit at the top.

A very enjoyable stay.
Car parking space is an issue to cause anxiety if no space available and it is tight.
However that does not detract from a great hotel to stay for a visit to York.
Will definitely come back when revisiting York

Our experience of The Churchill
was excellent from arriving to leaving.
Lovely unique boutique Hotel and faultless staff, great food and within easy reach of the centre with parking for a reasonable charge.
I will return and recommend highly to anyone wishing to visit this historic City.

Very good would definitely stay again highly recommend lovely staff.
Just wish the heating would have come on room cold did report it but still didn't come on.
Towel radiator in the bathroom came away from the wall was pushed back on after we reported it but the plaster off the wall was left on the floor which I walked on.

Fantastic place great location friendly staff and ample parking. 200yrds to York Minster you're in the heart of York on minutes.

Second time we've visited and we love the location, and the staff are always professional and friendly. Rooms are fantastic
