We were very impressed. Our stay was part of an overall 15 day holiday around Northern Europe and Scandinavia and this hotel was by far the best of any we stayed in and it wasn't the most expensive either.

Far from the standard of a 5 stars despite a very nice room. To know how to prepare Egg benedictin or poached eggs is basic skills the hotel does not have. Especially the benedict was thrown on 2 pieces of toast without having been prrpared. Presentation Really below expectations. Very often the small plates on the buffet were left empty. The service was very poor: when we asked for the table to be rided we were sort of blame for being messy with too many empty plates on the table?
