Not enough consideration is shown to enable a sustainable stay at the hotel and really annoying that the automatic features in the room were designed to take control of the room instead of living it to the visitor. Apart from that, nice spot and nice people.

Our team tries hard to enable our guests a refreshing experience. Our goal is to give our guests new energy and let them feel recovered after a stay with us. We regret if we did not succeed in your case.

We are using a lot of technology in our rooms, which sometimes makes the handling a little bit complicate. We are already looking for better solutions to simplify the handling and to explain it better to our guests.

As our hotel is in a constant state of optimization and modernization, your advice for more sustainability is much appreciated as well and we are always happy to receive suggestions through which we can improve ourselves.

Wonderful stay in a truly unique atmosphere. Very much appreciated the upgrade as the room we had was exceptional. Lunch in Facil was the best Michelin experience I've ever had.
