Nice stay and good location for our visit. We was in Berlin so se Blue Men group, checkpoint Charlie, "The Wall", the LEGO giraf, Brandenburger Tor. All in walking distance from the hotel.

very unfriendly welcome, almost aggressive against my daughter who arrived the first. room was not under her name and we do not have the same family name. in any case reception desk have been extremely unfriendly, unfair and unpolite.
i will never come back to this hotel.

It is a pity to read that you and your daughter felt not welcomed very well at reception.

We have spoken to the reception about your comment, who could remember your daughter very well. Unfortunately, there had been a mistake in transferring your booking from the system you booked into our system. This caused the wrong information in our system and therefore also the waiting time at check-in. Anyhow, we´d like to assure you that this is definitely not the service we provide and the team tried their best to offer your daughter the right room. If you and your daughter also felt wrong treated by our colleagues, we are very sorry, this was definitely not the intention.

After a a few trouble with our flight, arriving at the hotel was a relief, since the service and the room were exceptional. We enjoy our stay a lot.

It is a morden style of 5 stars hotel. It has very thing to stasify you. The room even has a small kitchen and they bring you whatever you need.
Only thing, you need is just ask. They offer you with tons of hospitality.
