Bin schon in vielen Hotels weltweit gewesen. Das Mandala Berlin ist top!!! Auch im Vergleich mit Kempinski/ Esplanade /Sheraton/ SAS Radison
Großzüge Suiten, vor allem nach hinten sehr ruhig mit Blick auf einen Innenhof Garten. Außergewöhnlich der Wintergarten Frühstücksraum in gedämpfter (ruhiger) Atmosphäre und super Service.

I have one problem with the front disk!
When I checked in I was certain that breakfast was not included in my reservation,but the employee working in the front disk told me that breakfast is included and guide me to the restaurant area in the fifth floor.When I checked out the other employee request a charge for the breakfast, I told him that the other person while I checked in has told me a free breakfast but he insist to pay the charge with a discount amount a 20EU instead of 30EU, so I payed the requested amount.

It is a pity to hear that you had a problem during your check- out.
There was obviously a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast between you and our front desk during check-in and we would like to apologize in case our reception staff didn’t explain it properly.
Our receptionist only showed you the breakfast room because it is on the same floor like your room- just in case you would like to add breakfast.
Nonetheless, we are happy to hear, that our receptionists met you half way with the final price.
We hope that your way leads you back to Berlin and that you will choose us again as your hosts.
