Im Allgemeinen sehr gutes Hotel, herzliches Ambiente bei dem Personal was wir angetroffen haben, ausser den paar Kleinigkeiten, immer wieder gerne!

Good hotel in Mitte/Tiergarten area, suitable for an extended stay.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your stay. Comments like yours are very value. First, we´d like to say it delights us to read that you had a great time with us. The reason why we don´t have an iron and ironing board in the rooms is, that we have on several floors laundry rooms with the option of washing and ironing. But please do not hesitate to ask us next time to bring you one even into your room, if you prefer this option. We also thank you for the comments of our reception area and breakfast choice. Our hotel is in a constant state of optimisation and we gladly take advice of our guests to heart. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back very soon.
