The reason I chose this hotel was just location for seeing Berliner Philharmoniker.My room was clean and good.But I had the worst experience in Your HOTEL.
The first unpleasant experience-A PORTER was a disagreeable person,because he must have looked down on me and he seemed to grumble to a man while we were in a elevator.
The second unpleasant experience-When I checked out,a front desk affirmed that I didn't pay for breakfast and I just payed for one night staying via Expedia.I payed it include breakfast via HOTELS.COM. He musn't have worked in serious.
I have been to many European countries,but I have never had the experience of treating rudely like these.
I don't think I will chose your hotel again.

This does not represent the high quality standards we put on ourselves. We will train our team that such an incident does not happen again. Unfortunately we did not have the information that you booked a rate with breakfast included. Therefore we had to check it, which took a few moments. Of course this is not the normal procedure.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage und sehr grosse Zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Hotel mit bestmöglichem Personal an toller zentraler Lage. Zimmer gross, ansprechend möbliert und ausgezeichnete Betten.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
Wished I could get a room with balcony as it was mentioned in the description.
