kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu anderen 4* bzw. 5* Hotels.

Very good experience - when back in Berlin I will be back at the Mandala

We had a negative experience in the last hours of our stay.
Sunday-evening we asked for a wakeup call at 6.15 next morning
We had to take the train to the airport and to be in time there.
The reception forgot completely to call us.We were in delay and had to rush.At the reception they confirmed they had forgotten to call us.
I have not ask for a taxi to the airport, but I asked to cancel my few consumery of my room 609 I trust that they did so. The taxes I payed in a hurry some 22,00 Euro without receipt.
Now I kindly ask the direktion to control my bill. No rates on my credit-card !!!
Ofcourse I will come back to the Mandala in the next month.
