Sehr gut gelegenes, gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr professionellem Service. Sehr hervorzuheben ist das exzellente Frühstück.

Second visit to Mandala. As good as we remembered. Location excellent and breakfast really tasty and nice.

Poor. For a 5 star hotel - I was really disappointed. The food on offer for room service was really limited. My daughter is gluten intolerant and just wanted a salad or burger (pretty normal room service food) and the kitchen didn’t have anything for her to eat. We had to go and shop and ask for a toaster ! Overall would not recommend this hotel.

We are pleased to read that you found your suite comfortable and clean.
At the same time, we sincerely regret that your experience with our room service and food options did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to gluten-free alternatives for your daughter. We fully understand how important it is to have suitable and enjoyable dining options readily available. Our kitchen team does offer a range of gluten-free choices upon request, but we recognize from your feedback that the availability and communication of these options can be improved. Based on your comments, we are already reviewing our in-room dining menu to ensure that more accessible options – such as salads or gluten-free variations of popular dishes – are consistently offered.
With regard to our QIU Restaurant & Bar, we would also like to emphasize that our culinary offering is in fact very diverse, ranging from our Tapas Gourmet Selection to the Business Lunch and à la carte choices. We are nevertheless taking your remarks seriously and will continue to refine both variety and communication so that our guests can enjoy this selection to the fullest.
We also regret to learn that your arrival experience at check-in did not feel as welcoming and supportive as it should have been. Please be assured that we are addressing this with our reception team, as a warm and attentive welcome is essential to us.
Concerning the ONO Spa, we would like to highlight that it offers 600 m² of wellness facilities, including a 100 m² fitness room. We regret if the weights area felt too limited during your visit and will review how we can optimize the experience further for our guests.

Nice place, great location, easy access.
Though, not really a 5-star standard (compared to hotels in Berlin).

Wir waren durchweg sehr zufrieden und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen. Ich war früher schon mehrfach im Hotel Mandala und bin froh, es wieder entdeckt zu haben. Es ist in jedem Falle weiterzuempfehlen.

Great hotel. Perfect rooms.
I prefer to have a separate shower and not in the bath. The entrance and lobby is small for this kind of hotel. Room are very quite, which is perfect.

You are right, of course, that our lobby area is rather limited, but we try to compensate this with a speedy check-in and check-out process. I apologize if it did not suffice in your case. In our hotel, we offer 10 different room categories in very different layouts and designs. Some of these categories feature a separate shower instead of a shower-in-bathtub, and we will be happy to provide such a room for you on your next stay. Since our rooms are individually designed, we understand that this does not meet the taste of all guests, but we always strive to find the perfect option for each of our visitors.
