The Mandala was excellent and we will definitely consider it again on a future trip to either Berlin or other Mandala Hotels. The location was exception and the staff, room and ambiance very good.

I have traveled around the world, and the Mandala is my favorite hotel to stay when I travel. I compare other hotels to the Mandala (for example , another Design hotel in Hamburg, Germany, the Side Hotel, is so poor by comparison, and I have expressed myself to personnel there). Many cities have excellent hotels, but your's is my favorite......the employees courtesies, their demeanor, casual conversations, and the hotel's rooms and conveniences and cleanliness always stand above other hotels. While in Berlin, I will always stay at the Mandala.

Wir freuen uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus als angenehm empfunden haben. Es ist unser täglicher Anspruch, die Erwartungen unserer Gäste nicht nur zu erfüllen, sondern zu übertreffen – umso mehr freut es uns, wenn uns dies gelingt.

Unsere zentrale Lage am Potsdamer Platz bietet unseren Gästen einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Entdeckungen: Das bekannte Sony Center befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie die Philharmonie. Direkt auf dem Platz finden sich die Markierungen der Berliner Mauer. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegen das Brandenburger Tor, der Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, der Martin-Gropius-Bau, die Neue Nationalgalerie von Mies van der Rohe sowie viele weitere bedeutende Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cudowny butikowy , przytulny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji.
Jedyna drobna uwaga to duże przeszklone drzwi do łazienki , które po włączeniu światła w łazience w nocy budziły pozostałe osoby w sypialni, może warto pomysleć o możliwości zasłonięcia szyb na noc ..

Disappointed

Thank you very much for providing us with your feedback about your recent stay at THE MANDALA HOTEL.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect charge at check-out. Please accept our sincerest apologies. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the time pressure of your departure.

The fact that this error occurred is unacceptable to us and does not reflect the high quality standards we set for ourselves. After investigating the matter, we discovered that the charge was due to a typing error, which was immediately corrected. A corresponding email was sent to you to clarify the situation.

Nevertheless, we take your feedback very seriously. Our staff has been instructed to pay even closer attention to these details to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.

We truly hope your journey brings you back to Berlin and that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you and restore your trust in our service.

A really lovely hotel, our group had seven rooms booked and all of them were very happy with the hotel.
Merve Kirca was very helpful in handling our booking. We would definitely stay again and will recommend the Mandala to our friends without hesitation.
We loved the location of the hotel, the staff were terrific and not at all pretentious. The rooms were great and the beds incredibly comfortable. The laundry facilities available were an invaluable addition for people who had been travelling for a while - so much easier than having to find a laundromat!
