Ich hatte über Secret Eiscapes gebucht, vermutlich wäre ich sonst auch nicht auf Ihr Haus aufmerksam geworden. Absolut unbefriedigend und aus meiner Sicher unverschämt empfand ich, dass ich obwohl extra ohne Frühstück gebucht und auch nicht gefrühstückt, ich dann bei Checkout erst das Frühstück bezahlen sollte (... €25, ja, das ist bei uns halt so ...) alternativ dann eine #Business-Pauschale# von € 15 pro Zimmer. Das wurde weder im Vorfeld bei Secret Eiscapes kommuniziert (dort habe ich mich auch schon beschwert), noch bei Checkin im Mandala Hotel.
Uncool !
Wer keinen Bock auf Secret Eiscapes hat, soll nicht mitmachen ...
Für mich ein Grund, nicht mehr zu kommen ...

We stayed for an extended weekend in July. We experienced The Mandala as top-tier - loved the design, service and breakfast. Friendly, professional staff. We found the neighborhood nice, new, and somewhat boring. Central location and ease of access to public transport compensate. Big plus for superb breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options, in the stunning 5th floor restaurant Facil.

Centrally located. Most accommodating staff. Room was well appointed. Appreciated having a suite with a balcony facing Haus Hoth. Would definitely stay here again next time my wife and I are in Berlin
