Sehr angenehm. Umfassender, perfekter und dezenter Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel und seine Mitsrbeiter strahlen Ruhe aus.

I have stayed at the Mandala before.I love the hotel - I even bought the robe ton my last visit, but there were a few things that were not as good this time:1)The room service menu was very limited during the Festival. I understand why the room rates are higher during the Festival, but with higher rates the room service food options shouldn't be half of what normally is offered. 2) I was surprised not to have proper toiletries this time - instead of bottles of lotion and bars of soap there were small packets of lotion (and I had to call a few times even to get these) and a liquid soap dispenser - not hallmarks of a first class hotel but more in keeping with what is offered by budget hotels. 3) When i used glasses from the kitchen in my room sometimes they were left dirty and not cleaned nor replaced. It would also be great if a few additional television channels in English could be provided that weren't news channels but had movies or entertainment programming (in the same way you provide Spanish and Italian entertainment programming in addition to news channels). I still enjoyed my time at the Mandala, and hope to stay there next year during the Berlinale, so I hope these few things can be rectified to make the experience as good as it was the first time I stayed there.
