Our five day stay at The Mandala hotel was thoroughly pleasing in all respects. The staff were welcoming, courteous and very helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There are only two minor issues I would raise: it would have been good if we had been advised that there were laundry facilities on each (?) floor - especially as we were staying for five days. And while there was a cook-top in the room, there were no plates, cutlery or utensils to use.
