very good location, excellent customer service from those at reception desk and deliveries to our room (such as DVDs and coffee)
I would say that for international tourists it would be useful to have a few satellite or film options that could be accessed directly as opposed to having to call reception for DVDs. Also, more modern TVs would allow customers to connect memory sticks and so watch their own programs. Just an idea but should not detract from an overall excellent hotel and even better service.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi schnell und günstig (EUR 20) erreichbar. Ringsum sind sehr viele Lokale. Wer das Einkaufen liebt - hier ein Tipp die "Mall of Berlin"
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit in der nächsten Zeit öfter nach Berlin und werden wieder im "The Mandala Hotel" wohnen.

Everything about the Mandala is great, the location, the staff, the rooms, etc... I'm sure coming back on my next visit to Berlin.

El hotel tiene una magnífica ubicación. El personal es amable y diligente. Michel, un catalán que trabajaba es recepción, fue una gran ayuda en todo momento. El restaurante "Fácil" nos decepciono totalmente
