I enjoyed the hotel very much, and it's location was absolutely brilliant. The staff was always very courteous.

Ein schönes Wochenende in Berlin, in einem angenehmen Hotel, Besuch der Blue Man Group und das alles mittendrin !
Es wäre zu überlegen, das Frühstück in den Preis zu integrieren und damit weitere Pluspunkte zu sammeln.
Alles in allem sind wir dennoch mit der Wahl sehr zufrieden.

Service sehr gut, leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und notwendige Renovierungsarbeiten nicht ausgeführt.

The Mandala is one of the finest and best managed hotels of the many at which I've stayed around the world on business and pleasure. Our Mandala Suite was spectacular. The restaurant is outstanding. The Potsdamer Platz location is convenient to all of Berlin. The staff, especially those at the front desk, were more professional and more responsive than any I've met before. The entire experience was outstanding.
