The Mandala Hotel well exceeded our expectations! Staff, food, accommodations excellent. A few suggestions for improvement: please continue to address housekeeping issues in particular, room cleanliness. This is a huge factor that if resolved completely would rate this hotel on the same level of other luxury hotels in the area if not higher. Also, we were traveling with our 7 year old son on this trip and it would be nice if the hotel were a little more "child friendly"-- children's menus, small gestures upon arrival like crayons or stickers or something, play area/room just for children, discount tix to zoo or lego center.

Das Hotel ist schön,aber ein paar Details gibt es zu verbessern. In den Zimmern gibt es zwar Teebeutel, aber die sind von keiner guten Qualität/Marke. Dies schmeckt man sofort. Also besser Eilles Tee oder noch besser Ronnefeldbeutel bestellen!!!
