Lack of information for tourists at the reception. Reception staff not very collaborative apart from a spanish kind employe who spontaneously gave us very usefull hints about the lights event in Berlin

The staff were terrific and assisted me with all my needs - whether it was additional shampoo or getting a taxi - and best of all, were very friendly and warm.
