Das The Mandala ist eine erstklassige Adresse. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

From the very first minute to the last second our stay was superb. I would like to thank all the staff we encountered for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. The trip was primarily a birthday present for my wife and she loved the Hotel and especially the fantastic staff..

Leider gab es Diskussionen zu meiner Buchung inklusieve Fruehstueck, das mir das Hotel verrechnen wollte, und dann auch tatsaechlich verrechnete, Hotel Tagesmanager (an Reception) bestand darauf dass ich die Fruehstuecks bezahle (also auch Entscheid gegen den Gast,keine Kullanz)Meine Buchung wurde auch in den Hoteldossies nicht gefunden, Eigenartig und schade,

Kleiderbuegel fehlten in Zimmer Kleiderschrank (nur 3 STueck) es wurden dann welche gebracht

We were on a family vacation visiting Berlin for the first time. It's very convenient location that we can walk to Berliner Philharmoniker.
If I can, I'd like to go back to Berlin and stay at Mandala at a better season.
