An important problem was the lack of modern business computing and printing facilities. There was only one old computer (in German) with old software. You need more and better than this for a large modern business hotel.

I loved the hotel, the decor was exactly what I expected from Berlin, very sleek and modern. Location was great for me both to get to my meetings via UBahn and SBahn, and to walk around in the evenings. I was very surprised by the spaciousness of the room and would love to come back with my wife and stay in the same room!

Good hotel,nice people working. Some complaints: light in the bathroom if the other person has to use it disturbs if you are sleeping. We missed another bed clothes not so thick. No place in the restaurant for breakfast and every day they told us to go to another place. There was a mistake with our reservation,it was till 13th october and they had put 12th.They changed it cause I noticed when I signed the paper,but it was quite stressing on arriving.The elevators are a little bit slow.

Everything was superb, truly superb. A couple of things could have been done better: removing food trays from room one hour after eating but this is minor. I give them 99%. I will definitely go back.

I was very satisfied with my stay at The Mandala hotel In Berlin, and will off course recommend the hotel to my friends and business collegaues. Great hotel and superb service and experience.
