Central located in the new "Mitte" of Berlin. Nice room and a tasteful breakfast. On top of that, a professional and friendly staff. A perfect stay!

The overall experience was good, maybe a little cold, but efficient. My main upset came when the airconditioning unit in my room stopped working. I was told it would take 2 days to fix. I don't expect this from a 5 star hotel at all. When i asked reception what i was meant to do in the meantime they got very irritated with me and said that there was nothing they could do. I was very upset at their treatment of me. I had to sleep with the door open and for two nights got hardly any sleep at all because of the noise coming in from the street, constant alarms, sirens and hooting. I was very disappointed and came away from my stay at your hotel quite exhausted. I will probably return to Hotel de Rome where I usually stay in Berlin, as this would never be allowed to happen there. Guests are treated with concern and respect.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches und gegenüber Wünschen, seitens des Gastes, sehr bemühtes Personal. Und nach unserer Erfahrung auch sehr faires professionelles Verhalten seitens der Geschäftsführung. Manko: Die Parkplatzgebühren müssen an dem Betreiber des Parhauses beim Checkout abgeführt werden und sind nicht im Aufenthaltspreis enthalten. Es sieht nach mehr Komfort aus, wenn von Vornherein die Parkplatzgebühr, bei Anfahrt mit dem eigenem Pkw, im Übernachtungspreis enthalten ist und die Bezahlung an den Parkhausbetreiber vom Hotel selbst weitergeleitet wird.
