Excellent. You must offer different pillows

We offer different pillows to our guests on request. We have a pillow menu on our SuitePad in each room, from neck support pillows to cherry stone pillows. Please be so kind to inform us before your next reservation about the preferred pillows you would like to have and we will provide them prior your arrival. We have already noted in your profile that you did not enjoy our standard pillows.

Overall it was great, our room was tidy ang spacious. A breakfast was delicious. One note - we were told during the checkin that water in a room is free of charge, and then charged at the checkout for several bottles of water. There was clearly some miscommunication here, unfortunately.

everything was okay but staff could have been much more on the ball and more pro-active. There was quite a disconnect between staff and guests - no real desire to go out of the way to make anyone's stay particularly better in any way. At breakfast, there was no interest to provide anything personalised to someone with gluten intolerance. 3* hotel have more to offer, this really needs improvement.
