I felt very very well at this hotel and I am sure to use the same hotel, if I return to Berlin. The personal was very friendly, especially one young man at the reception whose name I do not know unfortunately. One feels so well when one is treated so well. Many nice details made to make customers feel well. The breakfast was also great, with many nice plates, especially those with shrimps. And free wifi everywhere. P.S. the next time I will try also the wellness area.

Insgesamt war der Hoffentlich gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer okay.

Overall very happy. A bit too much service at the door. Unhappy abot the greeting in the bar.
