I liked the hotel vey much. Especially staff! They smiled all the time and were ready to help. Location is also perfect.

Overall very good. Brilliant location, nice room, decent gym - all that I needed.

One breakfast service not that good but honest mistake I guess. Though the waiter could have even said "sorry" as clearly something went wrong (an omelet shouldn't take 40mins).

The Mandala experience was wonderful!! Attention to architectual detail and welcoming attitude of staff was much appreciated. The hotel was beautiful, and provided a zen like restful atmosphere. We had exciting views of the city from our room-especially at night with the DB Building lit up.

Mein nächster Berlin-Besuch wird wieder als Gast im Hotel Mandala sein, und ich werde dieses Hotel allen Freunden und Bekannten weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist absolut ideal, die Zimmer super geräumig und exzellent eingerichtet mit Balkon und ausserdem sehr ruhig!

Sehr gutes Hotel zentrale Lage, Super Service, sehr sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Für ein Design Hotel waren uns die Zimmer etwas zu konservativ und zu wenig Design. Leider kein turn down, hätte ich bei so einem Hotel erwartet.
