A quiet and luxurious oasis right in the heart of Berlin - I would certainly stay there again.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem hervorragenden Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer ist großzügig,modern und komfortabel,ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Frühstücksbereich ist mit der begrünten Terasse in der 5.Etage eine kleine Oase, die Auswahl der Speisen bestens und last but not least ist das Hotelpersonal äußerst zuvorkommend.

Altogether a beautifully designed hotel with very attentive staff in the restaurant and spa. The reception could be nicer

I had stayed at two previous hotels in Berlin. I was looking for something in this price range and was very happy with the hotel and service. A beautiful place to stay and located to everything!

Several points are not acceptable for such an hotel :
- we were obliged to wait 15' before having a chance to have a seat for breakfast : unacceptable ;
- internet wifi not convenient at all and very slow ;
- waiting time at the reception can be very long because not enough staff there.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen - unmittelbar gegenüber dem Sony Center am Potsdamer Platzund sehr gut Schall-isoliert, so dass ich nachts gar nichts von dem Trubel einer Kino Premiere mitbekommen habe!
Auch wurde mir kurz nach meinem Anruf einen Ersatz-Zahnbürste aufs Zimmer gebracht, die nicht berechnet wurde.
Alles in allem ein tolles, modernes Hotel mit engagiertem Personal. Die Konferenzräume sind gut ausgestattet und die Bewirtung während der Pausen zuvorkommend. Auch wurden die Getränke während der Pausen immer nachgefüllt. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen!
