We are very happy with our stay and plan to return to your etablishment because we were going to Berlin for the first time and it will probably not the last ! This city has enchanted us ! Thank you again to the whole team for their professionalism and special mention for having brought me quickly my forgotten credit card to the downstairs toilets ! We are also very satisfied with management suit which corresponded to what we expected.

I wasn't expecting a full suite, not that it was a bad thing, but the purpose of what seemed to be a large storage room (?) was unclear. It also took me a little while to realise that room service was available through an iPad rather than a paper menu or QR code. The lights might be easier to use, given some but not all work on common switches, and if there was a heating/air-conditioner apparatus, I didn't find it. Finally, had I been staying for longer, I would have preferred an iron and ironing board in my room rather than (as I discovered from the iPad) in a communal room

However, otherwise the room was comfortable and clean, the room service was delivered quickly and was fine, things were well laid out, and I appreciated having the small balcony

excellent apart from the breakfast choice

We are very sorry that we could not convince you with our gourmet breakfast. We strive to offer our guests a perfect start to the day. That is why we provide a fine selection of fresh salads, cheeses, and cured meats. Our pastries are freshly baked every day, and warm dishes—such as pancakes and a variety of egg dishes—are prepared à la minute by our kitchen team.

Guests are always welcome to inform our service staff if they would like something for breakfast that they cannot find on the buffet. We will gladly arrange it by the next morning at the latest.

Furthermore, we regret to hear about your experience, which does not reflect the high standards we set for ourselves. We have therefore forwarded your feedback to our manager for review.
