Immer gerne wieder. Beim nächsten Berlin Besuch ist das Mandala unsere erste Wahl.Der Saunabereich ist sehr gut, wobei jedoch eine Rutschgefahr vor den Duschen mit den hauseigenen Badeschuhen besteht. Ansonsten ist der SPA Berich sehr sehr zu empfehlen!!

This is an excellent hotel. It is ideally situated close to the main tourist attractions and train stations. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel spa is first class and the ideal way to relax after spending a day sightseeing. This hotel offers excellent value for Money and I would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, Service, Essen und Ex-Suite waren überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich hoch motiviert und zuvorkommend, wie man es sich wünscht im 5*Hotel.

The staff at the reception could be more friendly and say hello when guest pass by... There should also be av jacuzzi at Oro Spa. The massage at the Spa wasn´t really professional. All this should be mandatory in such a high-class, pricey hotel. Despite these small errors; the hotell was very, very good - almost completely excellent.
