- Fahstühle sehr lahm- teilweise nervige Wartezeiten
- Spa Bereich könnte besser sein: leider kein Whirlpool

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the bar was good and the spa was a wonderful treat. I hope to return with my husband.

wir sind rundum zufrieden und werde wiederkommen. ein grosses plus war auch der zugang zum sehr guten spa mit massage etc.

I was surprised that (i) breakfast was not included in the price of the room, or (ii) that it was not communicated clearly to me at the check-in. This was raher a negative aftertaste from the visit.
