A wonderful experience. The hotel is vey well situation. The staff is very nice and helpful. It has got a nice lounge to have a drink and relax after a busy day!

A recommend this hotel without any doubts.

Supergutes Bett. Tolle Bettwäsche. Sehr ruhig durch gute schallisolierte Fenster. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

der Empfang war mäßig der Herr an der Rezeption war überfordert mit schlafendem Kind auf dem Arm musste erst einmal der Check in Beleg ausgefüllt werden, geschweige das überhaupt nach dem Gepäck gefragt wurde.
Mit dem Auto parken waren Sie auch überfordert unser Wagen stand von 00:15 bis 02: 30 Uhr immer noch vor dem Hotel bis ich ihn selbst geparkt habe. das bei 5 Sternen. Ich glaube man meint die Lage des Hotels würde reichen um toll zu seien

Overall we had a good stay at The Mandala. The dinner at the lounge bar was good, same as for cocktails. The breakfast was besides the waiting time also very nice as well as the staff. The only thing was that I did not get the feeling the room was properly cleaned, as we stayed in the same bed sheets and the toilet and sink did not look clean (or dry) at all.
