Etwas understatement im Eingangsbereich. Renovierung gelungen. Restaurant-cubus klasse

Unser kleiner Empfangsbereich bietet ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre, was unsere Gäste grundsätzlich sehr schätzen. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen der Eingangsbereich positiv wahrgenommen wurde.
Wir sind besonders erfreut zu hören, dass Sie unser 2-Sterne-Michelin-Restaurant FACIL genossen haben. Nous sommes la société qui a payé 3 chambres ; nous sommes étonnés de surfacturations (750 € pour avoir rendu la chambre après midi ; c'est à dire plus cher qu'une nuit ... restaurant complet ; personnel peu aimable et peu attentif à nos demandes)

Our team always strives to accommodate late departures whenever possible, but in cases where a room cannot be resold due to a delayed checkout, additional charges apply to cover operational costs. We also regret that you found our team’s service to be less attentive than expected. Un sentiment de pagaille généralisée. la qualité du service a considérablement baissé. 1h pour recevoir 2 Ceasar salades. Peu de propreté dans le nettoyage des chambres. On sent de la bonne volonté mais pas d'organisation et donc de management.

The fact that room service took an hour to deliver two Caesar salads is frustrating for us as well. We place great importance on a smooth and efficient room service experience so that our guests can enjoy selected dishes and beverages in their rooms without long waiting times. Your comments have been forwarded to our Food & Beverage team to ensure that improvements are made.
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and we regret that our housekeeping team did not meet our usual high standards. We have already shared your concerns with our Head of Housekeeping, who has taken steps to reinforce training and ensure this does not happen in the future.
