really good experience, everything was so easy to do, the room was just great and had lots of space.

Not plaisant at all
for the price I paid, I got a small bed as a student bed squeezed at one corner of the room… plus the dirt plus the hot water debit very slow..

I had requested a shortened stay by 1 day and front desk was not able to accommodate despite me having paid extra for a Sunday night stay when I arrived mon morning 9 am

Despite me telling front desk the day before they kept on telling me we will figure it out at checkout

Very strange as I have never had a problem to shorten my stay . So I paid 1300 euros for 2 nights effectively which is grossly unfair

It's a beautiful hotel and I always feel well there, but there are details that are better elsewhere and that's why I give this feedback, that I hope you take it positively.
Another detail, is that I'm a business traveller and was given a room without a desk to work. I understand that there could be a room fee discussion, but at least I should have been informed about it at check-in

Didn't like the room initially offered. I was upgraded and room was ok. Facilities are a bit older but comfy. Overall experience is good 4/5

Das Personal war beim Abparken und Ausräumen des Kfz. etwas dilettantisch: mehr als die Hälfte der Bekleidung verblieb im Auto aber meine Jacke wurde samt Kfz.-Bügel aufs Zimmer gebracht!

Die erlebten Sachen hatten alle einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor. Lediglich der leichte Geräuschpegel von der Straße bringt minimale Abstriche. Das ist aber bei der zentralen Lage kaum zu vermeiden.
