Great stay at your hotel. Only issue was the mattress that was quite hard

Our entire team works very hard on offering our guests a special experience and we are very glad when we achieve that goal.

It saddens me to hear that the mattresses were not to your liking. Despite they are indeed of the highest quality, we do realize that some guests find them too hard. For this reason, we offer additional bed toppers, which enable us to adjust the hardness to every guest's individual preference.
